CGE Gas Natural SA is a Chile-based supplier of natural gas. The Company is engaged in the distribution, commercialization and transportation of natural gas across Chile and in four provinces in Argentina. It operates through a single segment, namely the sale of natural gas. The Company, through subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliates, supplies residential, commercial and industrial customers, such as power plants, as well as other gas distributors. It serves, through Metrogas SA, Gas Sur SA and Innergy Holding SA, more than 700 thousand customers in Chile and, through Gasnor SA and Gasmarket SA, more than 500 thousand customers in northwestern Argentina. Its natural gas transportation business is conducted by Gasoducto del Pacifico SA.
