Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ("Company" or "Eletrobras") (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL has completed the inspection of the appraisal report of the Regulatory Remuneration Basis - BRR of Contract No. 061/2001 of Companhia Hidrelétrica do São Francisco - Chesf, extended under the terms of Law No. 12,783/13. With this, the definitive values of the Periodic Review of the 2018/2023 cycle of the Permitted Annual Revenue - respective RAP were approved, through the publication of Ratifying Resolution No. 2935/2021.

With the changes in BRR, Chesf's revised RAP in this contract, on the base date of Jun/2018, was changed to BRL 2.9 Billion and the Adjustment Portion - PA referring to the revision was changed to BRL 240.2 million, effective until the 2022/2023 cycle, duly updated. The evolution of BBR, in turn, is represented in the table below:

The definitive ratification of the RAP of the extended contracts of Furnas Centrais Elétricas and of the Companhia de Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica do Sul do Brasil - CGT Eletrosul, extended pursuant to Law No. 12,783/13, took place in 2020, with the publication of ratification resolutions No. 2,710 /2020 and No. 2716/2020, respectively.

Thus, only the conclusion of the inspection of the valuation report of Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil SA - Eletronorte. of the Regulatory Remuneration Basis - BRR and the final ratification of the RAP of the Electric Energy Transmission Concession Contract No. 58/2001, extended under the terms of Law No. 12,783/2013, remains pending.
