Bulgarian Stock Exchange : BEAM admission of financial instruments

The BEAM Market Management Committee at Bulgarian Stock Exchange adopted the following decision at its session held under Record of Proceedings No. 8 of 14 December 2020:
In connection with a submitted application under Art. 13 of Part III - Rules for the Admission of Financial Instruments on the BEAM SME Growth Market by Biodit AD, and on the grounds of Art. 6 (3) thereof, the BEAM Market Management Committee at BSE admits to trading on the BEAM Market a temporary issue of shares of Biodit AD, ISIN BG1500001208, with a view to the initial public offering of up to one (1) million common dematerialised shares following Art. 5 (4), item 1 of Part III - Rules for the Admission of Financial Instruments on the BEAM Market.

After the accomplishment of the offering, the issue of shares of Biodit AD-Sofia, ISIN BG1100003190, will be admitted to trading on the BEAM Market in full as the specific parameters will be additionally disclosed.
