Bufab Group: Bufab’s Nomination Committee appointed

Bufab's Annual General Meeting 2020 decided to establish a Nomination Committee with the task of presenting to the Annual General Meeting 2021 proposals concerning election of the members of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees to the Board members and auditors.
The members of the Nomination Committee are to be appointed from the company´s four largest shareholders, in terms of votes, who, when asked, expressed their desire to participate in the Nomination Committee´s work. The Nomination Committee shall also include the Chairman of the Board of Bufab. The Nomination Committee consists of the following members:
Fredrik Liljedahl (Liljedahl Group)
Adam Gerge (Didner & Gerge)
Johan Ståhl (Lannebo Fonder)
Niklas Johansson (Handelsbanken Fonder)
Bengt Liljedahl (Chairman of the Board of Directors)
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee should send an e- mail to valberedning@bufab.com no later than 28 February 2021 or to the following address:
