Real Estate segment is engaged in the provision of eco-sustainable real estate solutions, including turnkey engineering and construction (E&C) services, development management, asset and leasing management, and fund management services for diversified classes of real estate. Geospatial segment is engaged in distribution, professional services and solutions related to Esri ArcGIS, the geographic information system, smart mapping and location analytics platform. Healthcare segment is engaged in distribution, services and solutions related to niche medical solutions.
