Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 29, 2019, BioSig Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a
consulting agreement with Reified Capital, LLC ("Reified Capital"), pursuant to
which Reified Capital will provide certain consulting services to the Company in
exchange for a monthly consulting fee. The agreement is for a term of one year,
which will be automatically renewed for successive one year terms, unless this
Agreement is terminated by either party with 60 days of prior written notice.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 3, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the
Company entered into a technical collaboration with Reified Capital. A copy of
the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
and is incorporated by reference herein.
