Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company'), hereby provides the list of theb shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 16, 2020:

1) James Van Bergh - 537,195 shares representing 537,195 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on November 16, 2020: 44.47%; percentage share in the total number of
votes: 18.56%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 309,221 shares representing 309,221 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on November 16, 2020: 25.60%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.68%;

3) Fundacja Benefit Systems - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on November 16, 2020: 19.84%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.28%.
