RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (the "Bank") hereby announces that Mr. Lu Lin ("Mr. Lu"), tendered his resignation letter to the Board and resigned as a non-executive director and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank due to work arrangement on 24 August 2020. The resignation of Mr. Lu takes immediate effective.

Mr. Lu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders or creditors of the Bank.

The Board wishes to express its appreciation for the contribution of Mr. Lu during his tenure of office.
