ANNOUNCEMENT ON RELOCATION OF HEAD OFFICE AND

CHANGE OF REGISTERED ADDRESS OF THE BANK

References are made to the circular (the "Circular") dated April 29, 2020 and poll results of AGM and Class Meetings held on May 20, 2020 of Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (the "Bank") in relation to relocation of offices of the Bank. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise specified.

Due to the needs of business development, the head office of the Bank is expected to be relocated from No. 149, South Zhonghua Road, Nanming District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC to Bank of Guizhou Building, Building No. 2, Business Area, Guizhou Finance City Phase I, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC (No. 9, Yongchang Road, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province) soon; afterwards, the registered address of the Bank will be changed from No. 41, Middle Ruijin Road, Yunyan District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC to No. 9, Yongchang Road, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang, Guizhou Province, PRC as well.

The website, telephone, fax, email and other contact methods of the Bank remain unchanged. The Bank will make further announcements after the completion of the relocation of head office and the registration for change of registered address with relevant regulatory authorities.
