Intended Delisting from the London Stock Exchange

Bank Audi s.a.l. (the "Bank") announces that it expects the cancellation of the listing of its Global Depositary Receipts (the "GDRs") (ISINs: US0605721127 and US0605721044) from the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the cancellation of the admission to trading of its GDRs from the London Stock Exchange to occur on 16 November 2020.

Bank Audi SAL is a Lebanon-based banking institution. It operates under the following business segments: Corporate and Commercial Banking, Retail and Personal Banking, and Treasury and Capital Markets. The Corporate and Commercial Banking segment provides products and services to the corporate and commercial customers, including loans, deposits, trade finance and exchange of foreign currencies, among others. The Retail and Personal Banking segment provides individual customersâ deposits and consumer loans, overdrafts, credit cards, and funds transfer facilities, among others.
