Bajaj Electricals Limited (BSE : 500031) agreed to acquire a 19.78% stake in Nirlep Appliances Private Limited from The Continuing Shareholders of Nirlep Appliances Private Limited for INR 99.9 million on September 1, 2021. The Continuing Shareholders of Nirlep Appliances Private Limited have exercised their aforesaid put option to call upon Bajaj Electricals Limited (BSE : 500031) to acquire , or caused to be acquired through its Nominee Shareholders, 147,061 (19.78%) equity shares of face value of Rs.100/- each as held by the Continuing Shareholders in Nirlep Appliances Private Limited at an Option Price, subject to the terms of SPSA. Bajaj Electricals Limited (BSE : 500031) and the Continuing Shareholders shall complete the transfer of the Option Shares within 30 days of the date of the Put Option Notice. Mr. Mukund Bhogale, Mrs. Rajani Bhogale, Mr. Ramchandra Bhogale, and Mr. Nityanand Bhogale are the Continuing Shareholders of Nirlep Appliances Private Limited.
