Amendment to Expense Allocation Policy

The Company announces that, following the change of investment manager and completion of the tender offer, the Board has reviewed the Company's policy on allocation of expenses. The revised investment objective explicitly seeks to achieve capital growth and it is, therefore, the Board's expectation that future returns from the portfolio will comprise a relatively greater element of capital than previously. Hence, the allocation policy will be amended to 80% to capital and 20% to revenue to replace the current policy of two-thirds to capital and one-third to revenue. This change will take effect from 1 April 2020.
