Badger Meter, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 128.738 million compared to USD 113.587 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 19.440 million compared to USD 19.514 million a year ago. Net income was USD 15.855 million compared to USD 14.861 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.54 compared to USD 0.51 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was USD 369.449 million compared to USD 313.214 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 55.862 million compared to USD 48.194 million a year ago. Net income was USD 43.608 million compared to USD 36.249 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.5 compared to USD 1.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.49 compared to USD 1.24 a year ago.
