Austral Group SAA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the seafood processing sector. The Company’s activities are divided into two business segments: Direct consumption and Indirect consumption. The Direct consumption division focuses on processing and selling canned and frozen seafood. The Indirect consumption is responsible for the extraction and transformation of hydrobiological resources for the production of fishmeal and fish oils. Its products are distributed worldwide under the Austral brand name. The Company operates processing plants in a number of Peruvian cities, such as Ilo, Pisco, Chancay and Coishco. The Company's subsidiaries include Alumrock Overseas SA. It is controlled by Dordogne Holdings Inc.
