The Board of Aquila European Renewables Income Fund plc declared a third interim dividend for the year to 31 December 2022 of 1.3125 cents per Ordinary share. Of this amount, 0.79 cents per ordinary share will be designated as an interest distribution. The dividend will be paid on 2 December 2022 to shareholders who appear on the register on 18 November 2022.
The Company's Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 November 2022.
