ANY Biztonsági Nyomda : Personal change in the management of ANY 31/07/2020

We hereby inform the Stakeholders and the participants of the capital market, that the employment of László BALLA, Deputy CEO and Chief Sales Officer was terminated by mutual agreement with effect from 31 July 2020. After nineteen successful years he will face new challenges, but the Company can still count on his professional experience; he will help the work of ANY Group as a consultant. Meanwhile, he will continue to hold office as President of the Africa Department of The Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With several years of managerial and professional experience, he can support not only the Printing Company, but also the entire domestic market in their export activities to the African region. The sales department came under the direct control of the CEO, Gábor ZSÁMBOKI, while the general tasks are taken over by Tamás KARAKÓ, Chief Financial Officer.

'With Laci we entered the Company 2 years apart, we had the possibility to work together for nineteen years. We came from fields distant from the printing industry, but by gathering a lot of knowledge over the years, we achieved the record sales revenues of recent years together. His commitment to the Company and to the profession has significantly contributed to the Company's domestic and international success.
