CALL OPTION IN RELATION TO THE ACQUISITION OF A TRUCKING SERVICES COMPANY

The Board of Directors of AnAn International Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that its French subsidiary, Dyneff SAS ("Dyneff"), was granted a call option (Promesse d'Acquisition de Parts Sociales Sous Condition Suspensive Unique) ("Call Option") on 23 July 2021, pursuant to which Dyneff may acquire a 100% stake in a target company which provides trucking services for the distribution of oil products ("Proposed Transaction"), subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent.

The Proposed Transaction is part of Dyneff's 5-year strategic plan to invest in new areas of business in order to gain expertise and knowledge in various areas of the energy sector. The Proposed Transaction will provide an opportunity for Dyneff to grow its energy business and reinforce its logistic independence.

The Company will make relevant update announcements in relation to the Proposed Transaction and the Call Option as and when there are any material developments.

As at the date hereof, none of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company or their respective associates has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Transaction, other than through their shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
