Through the acquisition of the Aleris Omsorg 2019, Ambeas subsidiarie Stendi, has been involved in an legal proceeding in Norway regarding costs for temporary staff. During the fourth quarter of 2021, the court decision from Lagmannsretten, became final when the appeal to Norwyas supreme court not was granted.

The judgment became prejudicial to similar legal conditions and as a consequence Ambeas has now reserverad an additional 70 MSEK, which burden the fourth quarter to cover estimated claims that have been received or may come from new plaintiff.

The cost for the orignal legal process is limited to SEK 30 million, which has been reserved as a provision in the combined companies' balance sheet.
