At the 10th annual shareholders' meeting of our company, held on April 13, 2021, it was resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of EUR 0.50 per dividend-bearing share for the fiscal year 2020.
27.5% capital yields tax will be deducted from the dividend pay-out in all cases that do not fall under an exemption from the collection of capital yields tax.
The ex-dividend date on the Vienna Stock Exchange is April 16, 2021, the dividends record date is April 19, 2021. Dividend payout will start on April 20, 2021 and will be effected through Raiffeisen Bank International AG in the form of a credit entry at the credit institutions where the securities accounts are maintained.
