Alupar Investimento S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 313.86 million compared to BRL 552.76 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 652.66 million compared to BRL 1,167.65 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 115.68 million compared to BRL 240.32 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was BRL 1,012.32 million compared to BRL 1,688.54 million a year ago. Revenue was BRL 3,101.42 million compared to BRL 4,106.27 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 726.66 million compared to BRL 896.08 million a year ago.
Alupar Investimento SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the electric utilities sector. The Company focuses on developing and investing in infrastructure projects involving the energy industry in Brazil and other Latin American countries. Its activities are divided into two business segments: Transmission and Generation. The Transmission division holds electric power transmission concessions in Brazil and Chile.
