Announcement for the listing of free shares from company's share split

The company "ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT SOCIETE

ANONYME" informs investors that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders held on 24 June 2021 resolved, among other items, to reduce the nominal share value from EUR 13.75 to EUR 3.4375 and to simultaneously increase the total number of shares from 401,136 to 1,604,544 common registered shares (split).

The above 1,203,408 new shares will be distributed free of charge to the Company's Shareholders in a ratio of four (4) new common registered shares in replacement of each 1 old common registered share (i.e. 3 new common registered shares for every 1 old common registered share).

After the above corporate change, the share capital of the Company remains at the amount of EUR 5,515,620 divided into 1,604,544 shares, with a nominal share value of EUR 3.4375.

On 07-10-2021 decision No 2404590 ΑΠ/07-10-2021 of the Head of the Department of Insurance Sociétés Anonymes and Financial Institutions, Companies Directorate, General Directorate of Market, General Secretariat of Commerce & Consumer Protection, Ministry of Development and Investment, was registered in the General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) under Registration Code No 2640596. The Committee on Corporate Transactions of the Athens Stock Exchange in its Meeting of 19-10-2021 approved the listing for trading of the new free shares that arise in accordance with the above.

By decision of the Company, the following are set forth: (a) the date of exclusion of the right to participate in the split of shares is set at 22 October 2021. From the same date, the Company's shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange with the new nominal value of EUR 3.4375/share, without the right to participate in that distribution of free shares and the starting price of the Company's shares on the Athens Stock Exchange will be according to the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange in conjunction with Resolution No 26 of the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange, as in force, and (b) the beneficiaries of the above corporate transaction are the Shareholders that will be registered in the files of the Intangible Assets System (DSS) of 25-10-2021 for the listed Company concerned.

The start of trading of 1,203,408 new free common registered shares on the Athens Stock Exchange is set for 27 October 2021. From the same date, the above shares will be credited to the shares and securities accounts of the Shareholders on the Intangible Assets System (DSS).
