When presenting the New Heights programme in October, Alimak Group announced the addition of the Chief People & Culture Officer function. The Group is now pleased to announce that the position will be filled by Annika Haaker.

Annika Haaker is currently Group HR Director of HL Display. During her time in HL she has been part of the journey of developing the organisation, as well as the global HR function, implementing new values, tools, systems and leading change. She has 20+ years' experience from leading HR in international listed companies including Global Director of Talent & Development for Nobia and Nasdaq.
