Alif Industries Limited (DSE:AIL) and Alif Manufacturing Company Ltd. (DSE:ALIF) agreed to acquire C & A Textiles Limited (DSE:CNATEX) on October 7, 2021. The acquisition is subject to complying with seven conditions, including resuming production of the ailing company. One of the conditions asks Alif Group to regularise the bank liabilities of the company to be acquired.
The transaction is approved by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
