ADM Energy PLC is a United Kingdom-based natural resources investing company with an existing asset base in Nigeria and the United States. The Company holds a 9.2% profit interest in the oil producing Aje Field, part of OML 113, which covers an area of 835 square kilometers (km2) offshore Nigeria. The Company has multiple oil, gas, and gas condensate reservoirs in the Turonian, Cenomanian and Albian sandstones with five wells drilled. It also owns a portfolio of oil and gas leases in the United States in the states of California, Texas and Kansas. It also operates Midway Sunset Oil Field, located in the San Joaquin Valley in California. Its Barracuda Field sits in the northwest part of OML 141, an oil mining license area covering 1,295 km2 in the swamp/shallow waters of the Niger Delta in Nigeria.
