Certain Ordinary Shares of Corporación Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 28-NOV-2021. These Ordinary Shares will be under lockup for 151 days starting from 30-JUN-2021 to 28-NOV-2021.
Details:
The Company, the Selling Shareholder and members of senior management of the Company will agree to certain lock-up arrangements with the Managers during a period from the date on which the underwriting agreement is signed to and including 180 days from the listing date (in the case of the Company and the Selling Shareholder) and 365 days (in the case of the members of senior management of the Company) after Admission.
Corporación Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A. is specialized in the development, engineering, construction and operation of renewable power plants. Net sales break down by type of power plants as follows:
- wind power plants (46.4%);
- hydroelectric power plants (4.9%);
- photovoltaic power plants (4.2%);
- thermo-solar and biomass power plants (1.9%);
- other (42.6%).
At the end of 2023, the group had an installed capacity of 12,131 MW.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Spain (68.4%), Europe (7.9%), Americas (20%), Australia (1.5%) and others (2.2%).
