SAO PAULO--Brazil's trade surplus narrowed in November from October as exports declined slightly and imports rose, the economy ministry said Tuesday.

The country recorded a surplus of $3.7 billion in November, after a surplus of $5.5 billion in October. Brazilian exports fell to $17.5 billion last month, from $17.9 billion in October, while imports increased to $13.8 billion from $12.4 billion.
