In November, the PSI-20 Index closed at 5,433.05 points, reflecting a 16.11% downturn than in October and a 18.0% increase than that recorded in the same period in 2020. The key issuers on the Index were Jerónimo Martins (15.10%), EDP Renováveis (13.49%) and EDP (10.42%).

The Index's volatility stood at 17.05%, below that of 11.68% of the previous month and 22.30% of that recorded during the same period last year.

The value of spot secondary market transactions amounted to €2,781.8 million. This is a €5.5 million (0.2%) increase than in October and €419.3 million (17.7%) more than in November of 2020.

The trading volume in debt securities on MTS Portugal amounted to €9,083.0 million in November, representing a monthly decrease of 18.1%. Treasury bonds fell 70.6% and Treasury Bills increased by 39.4%.

Market capitalisation of Euronext Lisbon amounted to €215,429.6 million. This corresponds to an increase of €11,581.2 million (5.7%) than in the preceding month and 3.3% less than in the corresponding period. The share sector decreased 3.9% down to €80,815.5 million and the bonds sector increased 12.4% up to €134,199.9 million.
