(Reuters) - Chinese Vice Premier Liu He said there are still some "difficulties and problems" in pushing through reform of China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that need to be resolved, according to a government statement released on Wednesday.
China should strive to complete more than 70% of the stipulated tasks in a three-year reform plan for 2020-22 by the end of this year, Liu said after a meeting of the leading group for SOE reform, making state firms "stronger and better."
