International stocks trading in New York were mixed Wednesday.
America Movil S.A.B. de C.V. and China Unicom Ltd. were among the companies with ADRs that traded actively.
The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts fell 0.4% to 137.79. The European index decreased 0.9% to 111.16, the Asian index improved less than 1% to 208.90, the Latin American index rose 0.6% to 146.82 and the emerging markets index decreased 0.2% to 372.94.
ADRs of China Unicom increased 11% to $7.70. China Unicom reported results and logged an increase in earnings for the nine-month period.
ADRs of America Movil rose 3.5% to $13.34. The company reported third-quarter results after the market closed on Tuesday. Earnings climbed 45% and revenue rose over 4%.
