International stocks trading in New York closed higher on Friday. The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts rose 0.8% to 168.80. The European index improved 0.9% to 151.74. The Asian index rose 0.6% to 222.97. The Latin American index increased 1% to 191.20. And the emerging-markets index rose 1% to 366.77.

Sberbank Rossia's ADRs tumbled 3.1% on Friday. The Russian bank said that net profit and total assets for 2021 rose.

Experian PLC's ADRs fell 1.9% after the credit-reporting agency said Friday that organic revenue grew 11% at constant exchange rates and 14% at actual exchange rates in the third quarter of fiscal 2022, and raised its full-year guidance. For the year, Experian expects to report organic revenue growth of between 12% and 13% and total revenue growth of 16% to 17%, all at constant exchange rates.

OneSmart International Education Group Ltd.'s ADRs declined 5.7% after the company said it will change the ratio of its American depositary shares for its Class A shares from a ratio of one ADS representing 40 Class A shares to a ratio of one ADS representing 1,000 Class A shares. The new ratio will have the same effect as a one-for-25 reverse ADS split for current ADS shareholders, the company said.
