Shares of power producers ticked down as traders hedged their bets on the outlook for interest rates. Five of PG&E's current board directors at the maximum will be up for re-election at the company's annual shareholder meeting, meaning that the majority of those on the slate will be "new independent directors," the owner of California utility Pacific Gas & Electric said.
