Duos Technologies Awarded Contract to Develop Inspection Technology for US Government Emergency Housing Program
Duostech, a provider of intelligent security analytical technology is working in partnership with IBTS, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. Duostech`s proprietary digital inspection technology will enable quality control of the manufactured mobile housing units prior to deployment in the field. The system, based upon Duostech`s advanced imaging technology currently in use for train and commercial truck inspection, will capture high resolution images from six sides of the trailer and create baseline records for each trailer. An operator will then conduct a visual comparative analysis for damage and other issues that may arise during transit to the various emergency destinations.
"Leveraging our experience in the development of many successful, cutting-edge railroad technology systems, we are honored to be chosen to utilize our intelligent technology platforms for this very important pilot program," stated
The system will ultimately utilize redundant, multi-layered sensor technologies combined with Duostech`s proprietary praesidium analytics software, based on neural network algorithms, that will maximize the reliability and accuracy of track intrusion detections.
"We feel strongly that our technology will receive high grades and will be instrumental in FEMA`s difficult task to produce high quality emergency housing for people affected by catastrophic events," continued
