Cessation of Quarterly Reporting
Wing Tai Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to the amendments to Rule 705 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited which came into effect on 7 February 2020.
The Company wishes to announce that it will cease quarterly reporting. Accordingly, the Company's next financial results announcement shall be for the full year ending 30 June 2020.
The Company will comply with its continuing disclosure obligations under the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
