Strategic Environmental & Energy Resources, Inc. is a provider of clean technologies, waste management and related services. The Company operates five companies with four offices in the western and mid-western United States, which includes MV, LLC (MV), SEER Environmental Materials, LLC (SEM), Paragon Waste Solutions, LLC (PWS), ReaCH4BioGas (Reach) and PelleChar, LLC (PelleChar). MV designs and sells dry scrubber solutions for the management of Hydrogen Sulfide in biogas and petroleum processing operations. Its system solutions are marketed under the product names H2SPlus and OdorFilte. SEM develops advanced chemical absorbents and catalysts. PWS has developed a waste destruction technology using a pyrolytic heating process combined with non-thermal plasma assisted oxidation. Reach develops renewable natural gas projects that convert raw biogas into pipeline quality gas and/or renewable for fleet vehicles. PelleChar offers a soil amendment pellet containing the Biochar Now product.
