SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the Investment Manager of SIF Muntenia SA informs the investors that, in the meeting held on 18 December 2019, the Shareholders General Extraordinary Meeting approved the relocation of the registered office of SAI Muntenia Invest SA from the address in Bucharest, Splaiul Unirii No. 16, sectorul 4 to the new address in Bucharest, sector 2, No. 46-48 Serghei Vasilievici Rahmaninov Str., 2nd floor and the accordingly update of the Articles of Incorporation.
The company is fulfilling the due formalities for the authorization and registration of the new office.
