The Company is focused on the development of its wholly owned Mangazeisky Silver Project, covering a license area of approximately 570 square kilometer (km2) that includes the high-grade Vertikalny deposit, located 400 kilometers north of Yakutsk in the Republic of Sakha within the Russian Federation. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries are Silver Bear Holdings Limited and ZAO Prognoz.
