Announcement concerning the availability of the preliminary financial report for 2019
Rompetrol Rafinare S.A. hereby informs all interested parties that the Report concerning the preliminary financial results for 2019 shall be available for shareholders, investors and public as of February 27th, 2020, starting with 18:00, as follows:
in hard copy, available upon request, at the Company's headquarters from Navodari Blvd., Administrative Facility, no. 215, room 104, Navodari, Constanta County, in the following business days between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
in soft copy, on the Company's website,www.rompetrol-rafinare.ro,Investors Relations/Financial Results and Reporting section, Annual Reports, respectively Quarterly Interim reports/ Quarterly Consolidated Reports in accordance with IFRS (unauditated) - 2019 subsections.
We hereby specify that the individual financial accounts for the timeframe January - December 2019, as well as the consolidated financial accounts for 2019 and for the fourth quarter of 2019, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, have not been audited by the external financial auditor of the Company and that they may be subject to amendment pursuant to being audited and up to the time they are submitted for approval to the General Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders scheduled for 29/30.04.2020.

Rompetrol Rafinare SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the operation of refineries. The Company manufactures various refined petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, liquefied petroleum gas, petroleum coke and petroleum sulfur, as well as medium and heavy oils used as heating fuel, such as heavy solvent, slurry and fuel oil. The Company operates two refineries in Romania: Petromidia in the city of Navodari and Vega in the city of Ploiesti. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also involved in the retail and wholesale of petroleum products, as well as operation of laboratories, which provide analyses of petroleum, water, soil and air, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs direct subsidiaries included Rompetrol Logistics SRL, Rompetrol Petrochemicals SRL, ROM OIL SA, Rompetrol Quality Control SRL and Rompetrol Downstream SRL.
