BEIJING, July 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN) ('Renren' or the 'Company'), which operates a social networking service (SNS) business, used auto business and SaaS business, today announced that Mr. David K. Chao has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective close of business on July 26, 2018. Mr. Chao resigned for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
