(NASDAQ: RRGB) (the “Company”), a full-service restaurant chain serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere, today announced that the Company expects to have re-opened approximately 270 dining rooms with limited capacity by June 7, 2020, representing approximately 65% of currently open Company-operated restaurants.

The Company also announced that it will release financial results for its first quarter ended April 19, 2020, on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, before the market open. The Company will then host an investor conference call to discuss these results at 8:00 a.m. ET.
