RCN Television SA is a Colombia-based company primarily engaged in the meda sector. The Company specializes in the television, radio and Internet broadcasting, as well as in other businesses, such as event management, film production, advertising and the production of a variety of audiovisual content. Its main products are the broadcasting in Colombia of the channels RCN Nuestra Tele, NTN24 and MundoFOX, as well as a network of 14 radio stations. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary NTN24 SAS, as well as it also held minor stakes in TV Cable SA, Medio y Servicios Integrados Ltda and Editorial C&P SAS.
