  Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. said Thursday that Thomas Solomon has been appointed chief financial officer and will join the board of directors later in 2020. 


  The Bermuda-based, insurance-investment company said that Mr. Solomon joins from his current position as managing director and head of Americas insurance investment banking at Bank of America. 


  Mr. Solomon will report to Deputy Executive Chairman William Spiegel, Randall & Quilter said.
