United American Corp, formerly Teliphone USA Corp Inc, is a Canada-based telecommunications commodity exchange. The Company's Advanced Circuit Intelligent Management Algorithm System (ACIMAS) transforms product into a standardized commodity and manages and sorts the quality telecommunications. Its NYTEX is an online platform, which enables selling or buying blocks of minutes for a specific market at a fixed price or buy minutes based on a variable spot price. NYTEX functions much like a traditional commodity exchange with similar internal operating units. Sellers post price they want to receive for a specific block of minutes (the ask). NYTEX posts this ask with a small transaction fee and the combined price is what is seen by Buyers. Its products include tTrader, tBroker, trading floors, NYTEX 100 and core market information, such as number of subscribers, competition, growth parameters and historical information to aid in trading decisions and monitor for updates in dialing codes.
