Its property portfolio includes office buildings, shopping centers, resorts, and hotels. The Company owns the: Port McNicoll, a commercial project; Horseshoe Resort, a ski and golf leisure site covering approximately 2,000 acres and located more than 70 kilometers from Toronto; King Edward Hotel, and Skyline Tower located in Canada. In Israel, the Company owns more than 10 income producing properties covering more than 25,000 square meters leased at an occupancy rate of approximately 90%. It owns assets totaling approximately 100,000 square meters; and approximately 10,000,000 square meters of land reserves for the development and improvement of approximately 3,000 housing units.
