Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust offers investors the opportunity to invest in commercial properties situated in China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and South Korea. It aims to invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate in Greater China, Japan and South Korea which is used primarily for commercial purposes, including real estate used predominantly for retail and/or offices, as well as real estate-related assets. Its portfolio consists of approximately 13 properties in China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and South Korea, which includes Gateway Plaza, Festival Walk, Sandhill Plaza, The Pinnacle Gangnam, IXINAL Monzen-nakacho Building, Higashi-nihonbashi 1-chome Building, TS Ikebukuro Building, ABAS Shin-Yokohama Building, Fujitsu Makuhari Building, mBAY POINT Makuhari and others. Its investment manager is Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Management Ltd.
