Kuban'energo : Oleg Tikhonkiy, Head of Krasnodar Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and Sergey Sergeyev, Director General of Rosseti Kuban, discussed interaction on grid connection

A working meeting has taken place at the Krasnodar Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service between Oleg Tikhonkiy, the Head of the Office, and Sergey Sergeyev, Director General of Rosseti Kuban. Yekaterina Voichenkova, Deputy Head of OFAS Russia, also attended the meeting; she supervises interaction with fuel and energy complex and communication.

During the working meeting, the participants discussed the issues of conducting non-tariff activities of the grid company, technological connection to electric networks, including connecting small and medium-sized businesses, as well as changes to the current legislation in the energy sector.

In terms of investment activity, the Krasnodar region for many years is among the leading regions of the Russian Federation. The task of resource-supplying companies is to provide the necessary conditions for maintaining investment attractiveness of the region and further economic development.

On 31 May 2019, the Company conducted a training seminar with the participation of the Krasnodar Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The seminar's task was to increase the level of legal awareness of the employees of Rosseti Kuban in the field of antitrust law. During an open dialogue, the specialists from power industry asked the Deputy Head of the Office questions about the specific features of the company's interaction with consumers, taking into account the latest legislative changes, as well as the established judicial practice.
