JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc is a United Kingdom-based investment trust company. The Company's investment objective is to provide investors with a dividend income combined with the potential for long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio of emerging markets investments. The Company invests predominantly in listed equities. It is free to invest in any particular market, sector or country in the global emerging markets universe and there are no fixed limits on portfolio construction with regard to region, country, sector or market capitalization. It will not invest more than 15% of gross assets will be invested in any one company at the time of investment. Funds Limited (JPMF) act as the alternative investment fund manager of the Company. JPMF delegates the management of the Company’s portfolio to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited.
