Business Summary

NP Korporatsiya Irkut PAO is engaged in manufacturing of military and civil aircraft under contracts with Russian and foreign governments. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in rendering services related to research and development of military and civil aircraft. The Company operates through four segments: include SU-30 Program, YAK-130 Program, MC-21 Program and Cooperation. The SU-30 Program segment includes the development, manufacturing and distribution of SU-30 aircraft, components and service equipment. The YAK-130 Program segment consists of the development, manufacturing and distribution of YAK-130 aircraft components and service equipment. The MC-21 Program segment includes the development of a civil aircraft with silicon wing. The Cooperation segment consists of the products, which are developed and manufactured in cooperation with Airbus. Its research and development is carried out both for the Company and the Russian Federation.
