MRSK Sibiri PAO (Mezhregional'naya raspredelitel'naya setevaya kompaniya Sibiri OAO or Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia OJSC), formerly MRSK Sibiri OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the electric power sector. The Company focuses on the transmission and distribution of electric energy on the territory of Siberia. The Company distribution network covers the Altai, Buryatia, Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk, Zabaykalsk, Kemerovo and Omsk regions. The Company operates through eight branches, such as: Altayenergo, Buryatenergo, Gorno-Altayskiye elektricheskiye seti, Krasnoyarskenergo, Kuzbassenergo-RES, Omskenergo, Khakasenergo and Chitaenergo. In addition, it has several subsidiaries all located domestically.
