Profit from property management for the period amounted to SEK 2,347m (2,159). Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 4 % and amounted to SEK 1,993m (1,911), corresponding to SEK 11.07 per share (10.61). Profit from property management includes SEK 287m (401) in respect of associated companies.

Net profit after tax for the period amounted to SEK 2,195m (2,966). Net profit after tax for the period attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 1,874m (2,621), corresponding to SEK 10.41 per share (14.56). Profit before tax was affected by changes in value in respect of investment properties of SEK 587m (1,603), changes in value of development properties of SEK 59m (-), changes in value of interest rate derivatives of SEK -221m (-287) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 257m (462).
