It, through a wholly owned subsidiary Florida Investments X Corp, provides support activities to process of investment in residential real estates located in the United States, including searching, buying, modernizing and selling or renting property. The investments are held through special purpose vehicles (SPV) that are owned by the investors. The main shareholder of the Company is Veltoro Sp z o o.
